• I was not pleased with Diane's. I had a costume altered there and the skirt was hemmed an INCH higher on the right, the jacket was not nearly as fitted as we agreed, and there are thread ends hanging out everywhere. The service was snotty and much more expensive than I would have thought.

• Did you bring it to their attention and get it fixed? In my experience alterations at any place can take one or more iterations to get right, and when the problem isn't a matter of opinion (like hanging threads) they usually will fix if asked. Drag to have to do it though.

• I brought in a dress and a pair of jeans. The fit was perfect and the service was wonderful. Quick and reasonable. Would recommend to anyone and I will be back. Thanks Diane's
