• I have stored with Magnum for the last five years, and have always been greeted with a friendly welcome from the family. I've been satisfied with every year I have stored there, and plan to for many years to come. Also, the building is located very close to the central dining and shopping in the downtown Ballard area, which is very useful.

• I dropped using Public Storage in favor of Magnum Self Storage and I could not be happier. I've been with MSS for over a year now. Their is something to say with family owned business here. They go way beyond typical customer service here. You get much more space for the dollar than what PS gives you. I like the funny looking circus tent look of the place. It makes it easy to find your way around, unlike PS were everything is the same color with no landmarks helping you to navigate.
There is one more thing I would like to add. Its been over a year and I'm still impressed with the company. That adds weight in its self for I'm taking my time to right this review.
