• The food from the Caspian Grill Persian Cuisine is beautifully conceived, elegantly presented, and as varied as the colors outside a window pane in spring. The chemistry of Persian food is not so foreign to me and just because the restaurant is not complete fine dining does not alter the dish placed in front of me, but certainly it reinterprets the fundamentals of cooking. The food is anything but simple. It is worldly, ancient, historically organic and honors the art of Persian Cuisine in its wonderful taste which is flavored like Grandmas home cooking during the holidays. When the gloves come off and every herb and spice is specifically placed to perfection so that every bite has exactly what the chef intended you taste, a little bite of Persia.
